We stand behind the quality of our products, from our Bootcut Breeches to our Hind Boots and Grooming Sets. However, we also know that sometimes an item just isn’t quite right. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care and dedication we apply to our equestrian products, ensuring a fair and straightforward process for our valued community.

Our Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Please Note: For the health and safety of our customers and their horses, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature.
  • Horse Toys & Salt Licks: These are consumable/hygiene items and cannot be resold once dispatched.
  • Horse Brushes & Grooming Tools: Used grooming tools cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure your return or exchange is processed quickly and efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not ship returns back to our physical address without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return using a trackable method to the address we provide. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund should appear in your PayPal account shortly after.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
