Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Flat Rate: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of our customers and their horses, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Horse Toys & Salt Licks: These are consumable/hygiene items and cannot be resold.
  • Horse Brushes & Grooming Tools: Used grooming tools cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer support team at [email protected]. Use the provided template below to include all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and the correct shipping address. Please do not send returns to our physical address without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your return using a trackable method to the address we provide. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund should appear in your PayPal account shortly after.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
